  1. Imported cylinders from Japan to ensure good quality.
  2. The screen is vertically positioned to prevent ink overflow from the side, therefore lowering ink consumption.
  3. Equipped with THK latest precision linear motion guides and DC motor, printing can be low noise, high precision, wear-less and step-less adjustment.
  4. Squeegee and flood bar, with THK latest precision linear motion guides, is easy to clean, reset and always wear-less.
  5. Sensor is provides for controlling the printing stroke, which can be laterally adjusted to suit various screen sizes.
  6. The printing table is radially designed to provide powerful suction with easy control.
  7. The printing table is equipped with 3 sets of micrometric adjustment knobs for precision alignment of printing in lengthwise, lateral, and angular directions.
  8. With pneumatic-powered hydraulic peel-off system (for MT-800M/800MT only) screen peeling speed and position are adjustable to avoid sticking. Also, it is ideal for large format and dot pattern printing.
