  • The screen is vertically positioned to prevent ink overflow from the side, therefore lowering ink consumption.
  • Equipped with THK latest precision linear motion guides and DC motor, printing can be low noise, high precision, wear-less and step-less adjustment.
  • Squeegee and flood bar, with THK latest precision linear motion guides, is easy to clean, reset and always wear-less.
  • Sensor is provides for controlling the printing stroke, which can be laterally adjusted to suit various screen sizes.
  • The printing table is radially designed to provide powerful suction with easy control.
  • The printing table is equipped with 3 sets of micrometric adjustment knobs for precision alignment of printing in lengthwise, lateral, and angular directions.
  • With pneumatic-powered hydraulic peel-off system (for MT-800M/800MT only) screen peeling speed and position are adjustable to avoid sticking. Also, it is ideal for large format and dot pattern printing.
