2. Compact construction for saving space. Fast screen alignment. Screen elevates vertically without ink overflow. Once the workpiece is properly positioned it requires no further movement to ensure printing accuracy.
3. The machine employs high precision THK linear guide ways combined with a DC motor drive for maximum printing stability. Printing speed is variable.
4. The squeegee and flood bar fixture have angular adjustment functions, two leveling adjustment screws and a depth micrometric adjustment button. This permits proper contact between the squeegee and the screen, assuring perfect squeegee motion.
5. The printing head elevation is specially designed with a pneumatic drive. This permits the squeegee and flood bar to be peeled quickly from the screen for conveniently dismantling squeegee, flood bar and screen – and also for convenient ink cleaning.
6. Equipped with hydraulic peel-off system. Lifting speed and height are adjustable. Adjustable height prevents screen sticking after printing.
7. Four corners on screen clamp have individual micrometric height adjustment knobs, which permit individual adjustment of screen height at one side to meet printing requirements.
8. The PLC control provides various stroke selections for maximum flexibility of operation.
9. Equipped with emergency stop plate combined with automatic home point return for operator safety and minimizing the percentage of defects.
