  1. The contact angle between squeegee, screen and cylinder is larger than flat bed model so the driving is smooth, accurate and unswerving due to few static. The cylinder has no vacuum hole on it so the film will not have dents due to vacuum and no color difference will be happed due to different thickness of inks. It is ideal for solid area and dot pattern printing.
  2. Good for continuous printing as the overlap is unnoticeable.
  3. User-friendly PC based control combined with touch screen monitor for maximum operation convenience.
  4. The printing head is equipped with two servo motor for easy adjustment of pressure balance.
  5. Equipped with two CCD camera for easy set up of the screens.
  6. Equipped with two CCD camera for easy set up of the squeegee.
  7. With CCD camera to sense the real position of the panel so that continuous printing can be possible in one pass (Optional attachments for MT-5070FCA and/or MT-5070FCA-65 only)
  8. With CCD camera on the other side of the web for double sides printing even for opaque one. (Optional attachments for MT-5070FCA and/or MT-5070FCA-65 only).
  9. Screen can be moved outside for easy cleaning.

  12. Winding and unwinding use air shaft to prevent slippage, and include advanced web guide for precision and neatness.

  15. Winding mechanism utilizes advanced sonar sensor for accurately sensing transparent and non-transparent film.
  16. Precision linear motion guides are provided on vertical and horizontal slideways for extremely smooth and stable traverse.
  17. Both of the driving of screen and take-up roller are equipped with servo motor for accurate and easy operation.
  18. Two dryers are available. Air cushion Hot Air Tower Dryer (heating length: 15M,25M,35M) and UV dryer with cooling roller. (Optional)

TOWER DRYER

  1. Equipped with air cushion rollers, preventing any contact between web and rollers to eliminate scratching and keep the driving power to a minimum.
  2. Heating on both sides of web to speed up the drying / curing. Every heating section is adjustable, giving operators an excellent heating profile.
  3. Equipped with super conductive heater to shoot up the temperature.
  4. Long heating length and takes up little space.
  5. A total of three models with 15, 25 and 35 meters heating length, are available.
